Casa „La ViDa“ Istria, Croatia Welcome!
The facility is ideal for families and couples who want their privacy, peace, but also coexistence with nature with the use of a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace (barbecue). The house is located on a beautiful plot of 1,300 m2 with a beautiful lawn, an outdoor pool of 32 m2 and an enchanting "Gazebo" that stretches along the pool. The plot is connected to an olive grove (100 olive trees) of 10,000 m2, which you can use for running, sightseeing, etc. On the property there is an area for basketball, badminton, volleyball and small football (two small goals) and a children's playground with a train, slide, trampoline and a children's house. For children, you can use a baby feeder, a stroller and bicycles in the facility. The owners rent on a 7, 14 or 21 day basis.
We rent our house only when we are not using it personally. The reason for this is that we cannot imagine a better place or way to spend summer days and nights than next to our gazebo and pool with a view of a beautiful olive grove. Before arrival, you will receive a Power point presentation about the house and all the necessary details related to the house and its surroundings (interesting places, restaurants and attractions). No one will disturb you in the house except the pool cleaner and the gardener who will be almost invisible.
The facility is located in an extremely good location:
- 8 minutes by car from the center of Pula and the famous Arena
- 5 minutes from Fažana and Brijuni (you can also get there by bike).
Complete kitchen, with full kitchen cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, coffee...
Bedding, sheets, towels, iron, hair dryer are provided. No smoking in the house please.
